Unpaid labor? Billion-dollar company?

So ive been dealing with a massive clothing company that sent me the wrong dress. When I told them, they said to mail it back and They would issue a refund and I could then buy the dress again and they would send it. Now my issue is that I've already spent the money, I got sent something I didn't order instead and they ask me get a package, package this up and pay for the gas and parking to take it to a post office? For their mistake? For the privilege of being able to buy it again? Fuck that. I told them I don't perform free labor for billion-dollar businesses and that if they want their item returned, they need to pick it up and I am owed what I ordered regardless. they said they cant and I asked to speak to whoever had more authority.
