So I've been apply for a new job, and a few time now I'll get a phone interview they will go over my online application tell me thing looks great, they'll have my resume that was attached to the online application, and when it comes to in person I'm given a 15 plus page paper application I'm expected to fill out( as its the real application its called) while doing the interview or before they will start it. Am I tripping or should this be said during the phone interview that my online application will not count as a real one.
