Unsure of my next steps

Im currently working in the deli department of a grocery store. At this location i have noticed a number of things that i know arent right. The two most pressing and personally bothersome to me are practices taken by the store owner. 1) he comes to the deli, multiple times a day, to get his personal lunch made/ heated up for him. Sometimes he’ll grab something off the shelf and give custom orders as to how he wants it prepared, sometimes its as simple as heat up and bring me my food from home. Its a blatant abuse of power. 2) on Saturdays he clocks out me and my coworkers according to our schedule. I have directly had an incident with him where i told him i wouldnt be making his personal lunch, and he essentially had a tantrum where he tried to state he was the owner of the company (a blatant lie, he is the owner of this particular location), and then told me he would pay for the product, and then he wanted me preparing it. I don’t know how to move forward. At the moment im searching for another job, but once i find it i dont wanna just leave without doing anything.
