Update on my 2 week notice and my vindictive boss. Thank you all for the advice.

HERE is my original post. I had asked advice on what to tell my boss after putting in my two weeks notice knowing they would flip out. So when I put my two weeks in my boss was not happy. They got extremely pissed that I refused to tell them where I got another job at. I told them I was not comfortable sharing that information to which they snapped “WHY? I had asked advice on what to tell my boss after putting in my two weeks notice knowing they would flip out.

So when I put my two weeks in my boss was not happy. They got extremely pissed that I refused to tell them where I got another job at. I told them I was not comfortable sharing that information to which they snapped “WHY? What do you think I'm going to do?”

As days continued my boss repeatedly asked and had other employees ask me where I was going, to which I kept repeating ” I'm not comfortable sharing that information. There had been a few times I was almost tricked into giving information but lucky for me I was able to avoid that at the last second.

My boss said they needed to do an exit interview about my employment there. I said I would do it on my last day of work with someone from corporate only, which really pissed them off. The interview came and I told the real reason I left and the countless things my boss had done to me and other employees.

I hope they got fired but I'll never know.

I still haven't told anyone about where I work and do not plan to.

I like my new job and everyone has been very nice here.

Thanks to everyone who gave me advice on my situation.
