Today I got into an argument with my boss she has been sucking my soul.
I had to stand up and got into argument with her she has been giving a million changes to the brochure design and was never satisfied with the designs we provide.
She wants exactly like the Pinterest ref and whenever I give a design slightest if it looks different than the ref she would tell me to rework it.
I had already over on the brochure design I told them if she could assign it to another designer and she wouldn't agree to that.
Things got nasty I told them about the mistreatment she has been doing with me.
-She has been cutting 100 bucks per mistake on design which is not mentioned in the offer letter /contract
-she would constantly tell me how shoddy work I am doing on the office group. ( in the start of my few months she liked my work/and suddenly she started hating my work and started giving me more changes)
Yes, I agree with the grammatical mistakes I made I have never shared the wrong creatives with a client.
-she would ld mistreat me on the WhatsApp group in front of everyone if I make the slightest mistake and she wouldn't do the same to another designer.
-she would undo my sick leaves and once I had burnout due to overworking till 3 am on her client and I asked her for half-day because I was exhausted and not keeping well she straight away said no and told me to send creative in 15 min.

she would expect all the creatives to be done in 45min or 1 hour.

she use to tell me to make creative on canva or copy past from Pinterest.

also I faced some issues with another designer wherein start he use to flirt with me but I never made any complaint.
I got into a heated argument with her about leaving the company and she didn't like it later she texted me that ” you are mannerless and immature extremely unprofessional.
“If you argue with me one more time she would take legal action against me”
She threatened me with legal action.
