two of us handed them in on thursday, two others handed it in the day after INCLUDING THE MANAGER, and another one was put in yesterday.
The owners were at the shop yesterday and, while I missed the first owner because she had left before my shift started, apparently she was suuper pissed off and wouldn't talk to anyone outside of a “hi” or “bye”. The second owner came in during my shift and was a bit more amicable and actually wished me good luck with wherever im going which was nice – shame hes an awful boss to work under :/
Also, theyve already changed the schedule to have them and the area manager in after our last days so they now have to travel almost an hour one-way to staff their own shop. The only people that will be left in the shop next week are someone who is currently job searching, someone who only works sundays and someone who only works 11-2 on weekdays. This will be a fun show!
And because I'm feeling generous, heres me, the manager and the last full-time worker handing our notices in – the one perk of being on a zero hour contract is that we only have to give one week notice! They fucked themselves over with these contracts š
