Upper management requested a “Time Study” When approached and asked to do it, I “went off on a tangent.” What I did is explain in simple man’s terms that I refuse to do it until they give us EVERYTHING that we need to do our factory labor at 100%. Boss walked away, no time study needed. We won one.
