The following is the kind of experience you get when you answer an job ad that says “Urgently Hiring”. When job ads say “Urgently Hiring” there are really only two things it could be:

The wealth of the company quickly exploded over a short period in time resulting in a significant enough capital return for the company, to result in an immediate demands to hire new employees.

The company can't keep employees.
Here's a story about one of these “Urgently Hiring” companies that lost a great applicant after being offered the job.
My wife recently had an interview to be a school psychologist, and they offered her the job. She would be working for a company that works for the school.
They told her that based on her caseload, she would be compensated around $1,100 a week but as high as $1500 a week, through “a piecewise style compensation method”. The employer explained that the more kids she makes appointments with throughout the day, the more money she'll get per hour.
That sounds great and all, but when she asked the employer “what would the base hourly rate be, if by chance none of the kids are available on a specific day” the employer responded that she would be paid $11 an hour.
First off, this is a job that requires not only a bachelor's degree,not only a master's degree, but a licence as well. $11 isn't even remotely worth her knowledge level, let alone her skill level.
Second, that's a big pay discrepancy. On a 40 hour work week, before taxes $11 an hour would pay $440 a week. Thats a $660 difference from $1100.
