I work in health care, outpatient setting. We recently signed up for our vacation for this year and until March 2024. I was only approved 1 day and 2 half days( AM only, meaning I have to go back to finish PM shift). My manager said, only 1 nursing position at a time. Meaning 2 RN or 2 LVN cannot be off. We do have a union. Is this even right???
