Vacays and nursing lol

I’m a Canadian nurse in a certain province where mandatory OT (modern slavery?) is very used and very very common…. (Btw I just did 2x 16h shifts this wknd because I was in MOT and I was the lucky one because I have no kids and I’m not old (22)) Well, it is time to choose our vacations. I asked for a 7/7 schedule, got denied. Denied for the same reason ⬆️ I’m supposed to place 2 weeks. Because of our ratio…. I can only place 1 week…. My boss won’t let me place another week. I feel like a slave sometimes… DO I FUCKING NEED TO BE PREGNANT OR HAVE A CHILD TO BE A LITTLE CONSIDERED?
