being ADHD and having read a lot of stuff and day dreaming i have lots of ideas. But wherever i go, i am asked to execute the ideas. now execution requires, team, resources. And then people say. You only talk and not do anything. I do a HELL good in things that do not require resources. how fair is it to judge an architect by his labour? or putting him in labour?
