I have been working at this job a few months now with pay is okay (could be better) and work environment is okay (stressful at times) as well. But I digress sure some stuff I do not know. But I do not know why some higher ups decide to take a human error and expand it by 110%.
Mind you I apparently need to check a date to confirm if my next steps are valid. At the time my next steps were valid because I was not notified of the client's information to be checked on. I took a assumption and went through with it.
Now earlier today, a higher up voiced concerns that it looks bad from a client's standpoint. Yea sure it can, but some clients sometimes do not care. Maybe they are grateful that I gave a shit and was prepared to take the necessary measures.
(As of right now, my boss nor the particular client has commented on this “issue”)
