Hey yall, I just wanted to see how companies are interviewing now a days. I got a virtual interview invite a couple of days ago and I thought it was going to be an interview one on one for a insurance agent job. Just like in person interviews used to go but nope, just got on and there were 36 other people on the call. I was so confused that I just left the meeting. Is this how companies are hiring now a days ?
