I was thinking – it’s odd how it seems like the less you get paid, the more work you do, and the more you get paid, the less work you do.
The higher you climb the ladder, the less work you have to do because you mainly delegate what needs to be done to those below you.
I’ve had many jobs (corporate level) where my direct manager had a salary over $106,000 and she was always in her cubicle just doing “clerical” tasks.
Meanwhile, Johnny and Sarah are taking 140 calls a day getting cussed out, and verbally abused for $10-$15 an hour…. it’s sickening…
