Want opinions:There are people that basically let you live with out worries

There are people who would let you live with them as a servant basically like cooking cleaning driving them places but you don't get paid, however you get a roof food don't have to worry about bills or responsibilities except w.e duties you have to do. It was common they called it working for room and board, but labor laws made it a risk for the “employers” and people did take advantage claiming they were forced to be a maid or w.e just to get money if the family was rich. My thing is people still willingly want to live their lives care and worry free, but now there's a stigma to it so much so it's not talked about yet very common…should we normalize it again? And make it legal for someone to say hey I'm ok working without pay as long as I'm taken care of.
