If I don’t work any more than 40 hours it be a raise but OT makes up 20% of my total paycheck. HR has this policy that 10% is the maximum increase anyone can receive as well. Im working ot to make up for shit pay and rampant inflation! Same company gave is a 0.5% cost of living adjustment since inflation is so high. Are these people insane?
