I have two young kids and a pregnant wife. My company decided to go from the 2-2-3 schedule to this new bullshit. A lot of my coworkers walked out on the spot. I, however, have to line up a new job before this is an option as I have a family to support. The sucky thing is they actually pay decently compared to the surrounding companies. It just pisses me off that this is even legal. Bet I'll be using every bit of the vacation days I've accumulated before I quit. 3M is the company btw. I'm sick of rich fucks dictating whether or not I can spend time with my family.
