I work for a rental business and had been told that my position was no longer available? Of course it’s not I’m in the position. Apparently my boss says “we found someone with a much higher skill set so he’s taking your job” and when I went to hire ups. Was told my only option was to work the dead end position (literally sitting in a wash bay cleaning equipment all day everyday) or resigning
So I figured I’d stick it out won’t let them win. Well they have just been collectively treating me like shit because they don’t want to explain to HR how desperate they are for help but they put everyone at the bottom I’m not the only one me and 3 others are quitting.
After we put in our 2 week notice we have completely become outcasts I’ve taken pictures and videos of the treatment around here so far
