My boss just told me this today after they fired two people. He's very frustrated with the current employment market and finding right people. After this comment, we started talking about tomorrow and snow coming in. We're supposed to be getting 18″ and he told me he still expects me to drive to jobsites to visit people. I work in the construction field and he thinks people will be on jobsites, waiting to talk. I'm expected to drive in blizzard conditions instead of making phone calls. These places treat their employees like garbage and never understand why there's such a high turn around rate.
