We need to be proactive

It hasn't been long, but as a movement we have made some serious strides and gains in on the front of unionization, example being Starbucks and Amazon. We have one great ally on our side being the NLRB. I've seen many posts so far and comments recommending users to contact them to go after their employer, which they absolutely should. I have no doubt that one of the next fights we will have, will be malicious actors within our government, bought and paid for by corporations, that will be gunning to kneecap the only means of enforcement is workers have to hold these goblins accountable. There will absolutely be a smear campaign against them, the Senate will look to put someone who is extremely pro-corporate at the head of the board, and lastly, starve the beast and deprive it of any funding and resources. We have seen this exact same tactic be enacted against the IRS in order to again, not go after employers and large business who love to dodge taxes or skirt rules.

I'm not saying I have the answer to how to combat this, but we ferociously need to protect them and voice our support for this ally.
