I work for a smallish engineering office in a small town. Last year we got a big Project with a big internationally known architecture office, and it’s a complete shit show.
They constantly change things without telling us and when we notice they act like it’s been like this forever. They are 0 open for compromises. We’re not making any progress in this project and when telling my boss about it how the architects are useless and hard to work with he always comes back with ‘but they’re such a big internationally working office. This is such a big chance for us. If they like us we can do more big amazing projects with them’ like no? I don’t want to work again with them?
