My company celebrated record growth of nearly 40% and fantastic profits for 2022. My year end appraisal just happened and despite inflation nearing 10%, I am getting a 0%increase in salary and my bonus is a third of last years, even though last year was pro ratad to 50% due to starting at the company halfway through the year.
Needless to say I've suddenly developed some stomach issues and have spent the last 45 mins sat on the toilet updating my LinkedIn and messaging recruiters then will spend this evening updating my CV and applying for new positions.
