Today my boss got a nice bonus… Just 10% of her paycheck (bout 5k). What the hell did I get for putting in all the time and effort as night shift, personally doing my best to make sure that we don't have stuff expire and put up for flash foods so it looks good on her record? I got a whole 10 dollars off groceries at my store…that I never shop at and a 20 cent candy bar… I fucken hate everything.
I was on the edge about this subreddit because I was raised with the mentally of “and job worth your time is worth doing well”…but this just feels like a kick in the teeth…guess it's apart of growing up…. Anywho sorry for the rant, just wanted to vent a bit. Thanks for your time and for listening to my bullshit…have a good day guys.
