I quit a job Monday.sent message to boss then blocked them. It wasn't bad when I started but it got progressively worse. I can tell why employees there don't give a shit. Some needed more sense tho.
They hung up signs that said be quiet. No headphones aloud. Packaging and inspecting product. Then told if we had our phones out we would be sent home. Then last straw for me was having to sign a potty chart the time we went to bathroom and returned. Also staticky ass radio.
Boss was typical fake sickly nice demeanor narcissist. Lead was in love with boss. Boss comes and talks about leaving his home overlooking the golf course and seeing deer. Talks about his home renovations around workers. Talks about getting a brand new vehicle. Mind u this. Small warehouse, but most employees I worked with were temps thru agency placed there. No chance for advancement unless a full timers quits. 13$ ph hr. 4 10s. Employees are stupid and kiss bosses ass. Temps for over a year still there. Once I saw and peeped the game my drive dropped to match everyone else's. Fuck them I'm out. Made it from Aug to Jan. Not much out here currently jobless but couldn't stand it anymore. Tried to wake employees up to how they were being treated. Typical bootlicking behavior. Was made to feel like the odd man out. Had been a union worker before so this was rough.
Oh and don't forget the pizza party, cupcakes on your birthday and potlucks lol. Nobody wants that I skipped the white elephant Xmas too fuck em
