I realize this sub will probably skew towards the lower end of hours because people prob don’t want to put in more if they don’t have to, but regardless, I’m curious how many hours you work, if you WFH.
My company (a startup) isn’t the best at figuring out their roadmap, so I often don’t have explicit work to do. Then I end up finishing projects quickly. I’m so so thankful that I can WFH, but I can’t help feeling extremely guilty because in the past 3-6 month, I sometimes only do 1-2 hours of work per day. I feel anxious about it all though so end up only partially enjoying my free time. I don’t have many connections, so don’t know how common this is though. How many hours do people actually work if they WFH? What are their feelings about it (any guilt/anxiety)?
