WFH vs going into the office

I’m curious as your experiences based on your job, salary, and family/home life. For me, I’m a 10 minute drive to drive from my house. There’s no set “you must be at your desk at X time or signed on at X time”. It’s pretty relaxed from that standpoint. For me, I’m a 10 minute drive to drive from my house. There’s no set “you must be at your desk at X time or signed on at X time”. It’s pretty relaxed from that standpoint. So for me WFH really doesn’t work unless the weather is bad and I don’t want to go in, or I have errands to run. At my work we do a hybrid and it’s mostly the admin staff who want to be at home all the time because of childcare reasons which I understand.

For you, what works best and what is your job/salary. Maybe I’m not leading one way or another because I live close and pull in a healthy salary.
