Frustratingly hard to find a decent call center job(unpopular I know but I genuinely enjoy call center customer service work) so I'm looking to see if I can lie my way past some requirements, such as medical terminology (familiar with but not experienced) or SAP(from what I understand this is one I'd actually need to know).
I don't, however, want to lie my way into a job I won't be able to do, so I'm trying to figure what experience is actually necessary.
