What are some good countries to move to that have a lower cost of living and a higher QOL?

Lately I’ve been planning moving out of my city. There’s a bunch of factors that are playing into my decision (High COL, no affordable housing, low paying jobs, etc) and plus I have just grown tired of it. I know this sounds pretty stupid but I am 26 years old and I just got back into skateboarding last year (quit at 15) and holy shit it is literally all I want to do with my life anymore. I’m not even remotely joking my life is genuinely centered around skateboarding and I even put it over my job most of the time. I have to stop pretending to myself that anything else even matters to me now. I am fortunate to have a job that is very flexible and laid back. It allows me to skate more during the week than most. The downside to that is that I’ve came to the realization that my goal in life is to minimize the amount of time spent working and maximize the amount of time spent on a board. I don’t care if I don’t make much money I live a pretty simple life anyway. I am too old to ever become pro I know that but that is not my goal. If art is your passion why not dedicate yourself to it! I have already done the 9-5 slave trap grind, been in the military, traveled the world, had a house, etc so I can safely say this is not an impulsive decision. I know what the “American Dream” looks like. I don’t want anything to do with it. My parents are divorced and very supportive of my plan as they have already both decided (separately) that they hate the way the US is headed and have both moved overseas.

I am single with no kids and want to go to a country with a lower cost of living, free healthcare, decent weather, and a good skateboarding scene. I don’t want to have to own a car either. Also I have a job that I can transfer to working remotely. I don’t care if I have to learn another language, can anyone recommend me some places?
