I've got a coworker who thinks she runs the floor when no one in management is there, and this is partially because she was management before she left and came back. She's also quite terse, and has a habit of coming in late and leaving early. While I know this is likely due to kids in school, it coupled with the attitude is frustrating. So I was curious what everyone else considers good management.
