What do I do about this?

I constantly bend over backwards. Never call out. My manager sucks. We have no staff. Except high school and college students primarily. She’s rude, doesn’t know how to schedule or manage and then expects me to not have a bad period or be a human because I’m a supervisor. Also, being a manager requires these things to happen sometimes and to step up
