I used to work for a cleaning company, very new, only about a year old. They really didn’t have their shit together and I ended up quitting because of that. I asked for my paystubs many times while I was still working there, and was never given them, which makes me think I’m not going to receive my w-2. I’ve texted them, and tried calling, but they aren’t getting back to me, and there’s no one higher up I can contact. Do I consult a lawyer if I don’t end up receiving it by February 15th?
