What do you do with your crap boss? Play the long game

About 5 years ago I had a horrible boss that I still get really angry just thinking about. There is nothing redeeming about this individual. The only reason he was promoted was because he outlasted everyone else. He was always negative and would talk down to you. He lied about our compensation plans and screw us over just about every quarter. He would get dinner for people that were forced to work late and then if you hit certain sales targets then you would actually get to eat the food he bought. I almost punched him one night after some more stupid comments he made (I guess it's good I didn't). Anyway, I have left that place, but I still keep track of him. Since leaving I have sent his boss anonymous emails every few weeks letting them know of his short comings. He wound up finally getting laid off…

Since leaving I have sent his boss anonymous emails every few weeks letting them know of his short comings. He wound up finally getting laid off after 15 years of being at that company. Now I email his bosses at his new company and will do the same for every place he moves to until he retires. I probably should move on, but psychologically abusive people shouldn't be allowed to get away like this.
