Disregarding that I heard it from Dave Ramsey Entreleadership, what do you think of the phrase? I don’t have any employees, but when I do need my normal crew, I pay them above average. The work changes and the intensity varies. I’m willing to pay a premium for consistency and reliability. My mindset is if I’m going to pay you this, you need to be here on time, dressed appropriately, SOBER, and ready to work. No “not my job” stuff.
