Maybe It's because I'm depressed af, but I feel like I didn't succeed in anything this year. We got prompts for a performance review. I'm coming up on my first work anniversary at my new job. I'm never good at this question because I have terrible self-worth and think I'm more of a liability than an asset. Are there any generic answers to give for this?
