Antiwork

What does it mean to be antiwork?

To me, it means being conscious of the ways working conditions need reform, supporting unions, and worker solidarity. But so many times in the comments here, I see a bunch of people taking it to mean that one should have no work ethic and strive to do the bare minimum at their jobs. Is that what this sub is about? Cause honestly, I wouldn't want to ever work with some of the people on here, because I know that I'll just have to pick up the slack around them. It also makes it easier for people to dismiss the antiwork movement as a bunch of lazy whiners. That's not me, and if that's actually what this sub is about I'm happy to leave.
