What if before one important day of this year everyone on this sub reaches out to someone else on this sub and on that day switch jobs. There's a lot more ground work with this compared to a strike but capitalism has us by the neck and the same old shit isn't going to work anymore. This will show that they need to invest in their employees who knows how their systems work. What would be a good day for the great switch? (this is a 30 minute old idea so sorry it doesn't have much meat on the bone)
