In this hypothetical world, everyone has a right to shelter, food, water, and free education to learn any skill they want.
It won't be a luxurious house by any means but you can rest assured that even with an income of $0 you would be fed and sheltered.
You would work to fulfill your *wants*, such as nice clothes, a better house, a nice car, vacations, etc.
You could still get rich if you wanted to because of the high-quality education you have for free but you could also take it easy and live a nice comfortable life knowing you always have a safety net.
