What is a reasonable boundary for bathroom usage?

I have seen a handful of posts from different people where a manager or some higher up puts some absurd limit on bathroom usage. I agree these are absurd, and sometimes, it has to be a case by case basis, but what would you all think would be a reasonable boundary/no boundary at all? Edit: from the first few comments, I feel like I am failing at communicating. So I am going to attempt to clarify a little more. Yes, you should take as long as it needs. No question. But, I know I am not the only one who scrolls through something like Reddit while there and take a small break. Frankly, we deserve at least a bit of that time, but I guess I am more talking about how long on your phone is too long? Or am I the only lazy turd who scrolls Reddit in the…
