What is the goal with this subreddit? Just curious I’m new here

To me it doesn’t really make sense to end work? Without people working the entire would would shut down. No farmers, no healthcare, no teachers, etc. Is it about limiting work, or getting higher wages/benefits? Once again I am just curious Lol.
