What is the most illegal/unethical thing an employer asked you to do?

Like the title says, I want to know what crap others have tried putting you through. I'd like to get a better understanding of what we've all been through, so everything from skipping mandatory breaks to the worst you've got is a welcome entry. I'll go first. I used to work at a furniture consignment company and was strongly encouraged to “strongly recommend” deep cleaning stuff that we'd pick up even if the item didn't need it or the cost of the cleaning would wipe out any profit for the customer. I would always be upfront with potential customers about the cleaning cost because it was usually glossed over in conversation by the boss and they would often do the cleaning with or without the customer's input. Some things needed to be deep cleaned, a lot didn't.
