What is the way forward here that doesn’t include violence.

My mind keeps coming to this point. Like we have union's to protect workers and such, but the government forced the rails workers to go back to work under threat of legal action. What's the point of being in a collective bargaining organization if your power gets overuled by people who are supposed to represent you. The rich are getting richer. The power is gonna keep being consolidated. The rich have a union. It's called the US government. The rest of us just get left out. I'm trying to imagine a scenario where this doesn't end in violence. Yet at every turn, I see corporations crushing people underfoot. They don't seem to mind using it. They will just create laws to make what they are doing legal. Like the window to where it ends peacefully is rapidly closing. At least, that's what it feels like. I meet 6-8 people every…

Like the window to where it ends peacefully is rapidly closing. At least, that's what it feels like. I meet 6-8 people every day for work. I go into their homes, and I talk with them. Some are disconnected to an alarming extent. The rest are just angry.

I think French people have the right idea.
