What options do I have?

Let me just say I’m sorry for the formatting. I’m doing this on mobile. Two years ago I accepted a promotion at work, that came along with a bump in pay, and a 10k bonus every year. To add insult to injury we didn’t get annual pay increases. So I effectively getting a 8% or so decrease in pay because of inflation as well.

I’m already looking at other jobs and have gotten pretty far along in the interview process, but it’s still ongoing and I haven’t received an offer.

My question ultimately is. Is there anything I can do? Can they cut my pay 11% (by taking away my bonus) even if I have met my goals and the company met their goals?
