What should I do? Am I protected at all?

I’m a mechanic and I’ve been at my current job for almost 4 months now. Our schedule is set from 6:30-4:00 with call outs every now and then if something goes wrong in the off hours. Our manager came out today and said “(me), you’re going to be working Thursday Friday and Saturday nights from 6:30pm-6:30am the next day” I am the only one here with a child under the age of 18, my daughter is 4, and now I can’t spend Christmas Eve night with her at all nor can I help my wife with any of the Christmas duties we’ve always done. I work in a “right to work” state as well so I feel no matter how I go about this I’m going to get some kind of retaliation from management and I can’t afford to lose my job as my wife stays at home with our daughter. Is there anything I can even do? I quit my last job because they were making me choose between work and family. I wasn’t even allowed to take my wife to the ER at some points without being threatened with my job which was stated in my interview for my current job.
