What should I say when my boss asks what my workload is like?

I’m actually not busy, so I’m usually browsing reddit, but I don’t want her to assign more work. I feel like she knows I’m not actually busy because she hasn’t assigned me a lot of work, so I can’t say I’m behind. How should I answer this question next time she asks? We meet every other week. This is for an office job. I’d also like to say I was busy to get a higher raise/bonus
