I quit my last job at a daycare after only working 4 months because one of my coworkers was creating a toxic work environment and the owner refused to do anything about her.
I have an interview Wednesday at another daycare and really want the job. But they are definitely gonna ask why I quit. My mom told me that if I be honest about what happened they will think I'm too skiddish and that I won't commit. So what should I tell them or how should I word it? Thank you in advance.
