I know its supposed to be like a period of 6 months where its like a trial period but its kinda wierd that the employer can just decide how long it is. Ive been at my current (first real) job for a year and two months and apparently im.still not off probation. My first manager quit after a couple months and as he left he said he took me off, then the next manager said I actually was on probation, then he quit, then the one that replaced him was the new director (my first managers boss quit too) then he said he didnt know how to take me off probation, then he hired a replacement from his old workplace to be my manager but she has been saying that there is a glitch so I havent had a performance review nor has anyone taken me off probation.
Are all these people just fucking with me? What the fuck is going on. My newest manager is probably the worst in the entire series.
