What to do if I know my employer is breaking FSLA laws?

I'm a policy administrator for my workplace. I started a few months ago. While reviewing our handbook, I noticed we were misclassifying about 10 employees as exempt due to breaking multiple provisions of the salary basis test. Additionally, I discovered we don't have the proper employee rights posters put up at any of our locations. I've brought these to my supervisors attention but he says, “This is how we've always done it.” He won't change anything. And he's the president of the company so there's no going higher. I don't know what I'm supposed to do here.
