What to make of it when manager keeps asking about my retirement plans and trying to talk me out of it

Meet about once a month with my manager for HR related stuff. Normally very casual conversation – how are things going; anything that I need; setting annual performance goals, etc. Last month, he snuck in a question asking if I was thinking about retirement. Been with company for almost 11 years, so told him “Maybe in 2-3 years.” He tried to joke it off asking what I would do. Conversation today, he led off asking if I was still serious about it. Tried pushing me into having to explain myself. Told him I hadn't filed any formal paperwork yet. Any suggestions on how to leverage the situation to my advantage?
