I know we all want to push for a 32 hour work week. In the current status quo, how do you prefer hours to to be split? We can’t post polls on here so I wanna hear your thoughts.
Do you prefer a typical 5/40, nothing special 8 hour days Monday through Friday. Do you prefer a 9/80 schedule where you typically work 9 hour days but you get every other Friday off and the Fridays you work you only work 8 hours, or do you prefer a 4/10 with every Friday off but you work 10 hour days or a nursing style schedule with 3 12 hour shifts a week?
I’m currently working a 9/80 schedule but I also value my free time during the week and feel anything more than 8 hours is excessive.
