What would it be considered if a member of management pulled you to the side and made this comment

Hi, I’m not sure if this post is allowed here. But I have a question regarding workplace harassment / sexual harassment. So, recently at my job, where there is not a policy regarding undergarments, I was approached and pulled to the side by a member of the management team to address the fact that I don’t wear a bra to work. Our uniform policy does not state anything about this. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I was notified that there are people talking about the fact that I don’t wear a bra ( I don’t give a shit). I said “okay” and then the said manager continues to go on about how they don’t want me to feel uncomfortable that people are talking about me. I tell them that I never wear a bra, and I won’t start. The entire shift I was extremely uncomfortable and then consciously thinking about whether or not people were staring at my chest. This is not something I ever thought about before.

Note that I am not a big breasted person. Our uniforms are black cotton T-shirt’s that are not low cut. To most people who aren’t specifically looking, it’s not obvious that I’m not wearing a bra. I don’t see why it matters. Considering the fact that there is no policy regarding this, I’m wondering what this would be considered from an outsiders perspective. I didn’t talk to anyone at my employer about this because I want to stay under the radar. However, someone who I am very close with who is no longer working there informed me that they were approached by a (different) manager a few months ago asking why do I not wear a bra. Does this violate any type of code or something? I feel weird about it.
